Hi,
I am Windstripe Themes, Joomlastars partner and developer of the Lookup template.
As explained in the reply that has been given, in order for me or my team to look into a customer's problem, active support is required.
The template's created date has nothing to do with the updated date and everything on Lookup is working fine. It's impossible to receive a template version from 2017 because if you check the package you have quickinstalls for Joomla 4 and 5, those versions were not available in 2017.
The fact that you were not able to create the site within 6 months because there are always some errors - this is a false statement. If there were always errors, you were within your 6 months of free support and could have contacted us.
Any other issues may be checked once active support is available and you create a ticket.
Like we authors respect the free 6 months of support requested by the support policy, we expect the same respect out of the customers by purchasing extended support once their 6 months has expired.
In my opinion as an author, 6 months is more than enough to sort any problem a user may have.

We always update template if there is major changes.
Hello, please contact Joomlastars. I have a complaint about the Lookup template I bought. Joomla cannot update because the sppagebuilder and 2 others are out of date, and have been since the date of purchase. The template is supposed to be from March 2024. After installation, version 2.0 from November 2017 is displayed in the backend. When updating Joomla from 5.0.1 to 5.2, it was discovered that there were 2 overrides in November 2024 and the 2017 override. It is fraud to pass off a 2017 version as a new version for 4.x/5.x! The site could not be created to date due to unresolved errors and Joomla updates are not possible due to outdated components. This does not speak for a new template version that was created in March 2024. I am not prepared to pay €54 for support again. I expect a customer-friendly solution or reimbursement of costs. I see this as fraud with the lookup version offered.
